The InnerWe Institute™ is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives from the inside out. We serve youth, young adults, and the professionals who support them by fostering a deep sense of self-worth and identity. Our evidence-informed programs are rooted in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral science, and cultural responsiveness.
Founded by behavior specialist MeiAngelo Taylor, The InnerWe Institute™ was born from decades of hands-on experience in schools, courts, and community systems. Our name reflects our belief that lasting transformation starts internally with the “InnerMe” and becomes sustainable through the power of collective growth—the “InnerWe.”
